30-something newlywed trying to find her niche in a new state.
Words I try to live by lately: "it is not "if" we will lose the things we love, it is "when." but as we lose, can we not gain a deep knowing that in the presence of grace, love is eternal." And "where there is hope there can be faith. Where there is faith miracles can occur." As well as, "you own your values, your integrity, your thoughts, your words, your actions and therefore, your destiny."
Women I strive to be like, my mom (albeit, I need not try too hard, as she says with love I am her “evil baby spawn” I got the good, the bad, and the ugly parts of her. I strive for the good.) Eleanor Roosevelt (highly influential and intelligent), Audrey Hepburn and Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis (tremendous beauty inside as well as out and grace in all occasions.)
